Cooking Instructions

Firstly, wash the kundru and cut it into two parts. Keep aside.

Take a kadhai heat oil. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds. Then add onion and saute till transparent. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato. Mix it and cook for a few minutes. Add salt and turmeric powder. Stir continuously on medium flame.

Then add kundru and mix everything well. Add little water if needed. Cover ii and cook the kundru till soften.

When the kundru is cooked properly and all dry spices one by one and mix everything well. Kundru sabji is ready now. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapati or parantha and enjoy.....😍😍
