I had left over chicken fajita filling & decided to try something different, I am glad I did!

Whether its game night, Taco Tuesday, meal prep, or simply a last minute dinner; this is your perfect recipe. It is easy, quick to whip , has vegetables , protein and will leave everyone full and happy. You can serve it with a side of guac, pita bread , tacos, or simply over rice.

Beef is so expensive. So ground beef is a little less expensive. I had some Fajita chicken so I improvised and this recipe is what I came up with. I wanted tacos and fajitas so I kinda came up with the best of both sides, the Fajita taco hybrids. The pepper and onions on the tacos were delicious.

This is my easy and fast version of a steak fajita meal that even kids will love 😊

I remember, my sister came home one day, with all the ingredients and made this, after she said she bought a similar quesadilla at quick-trip and liked it. I liked it so much, that I started making it too. Bursting with delicious flavor and the perfect crunch! Yummy!
