Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak udad dal and rice for 4 hrs. Then drain the water and grind in a mixture.

Chop all the veggie and add in a batter. Add salt and black pepper powder. Give it a good stir. Take 1 batch and add soda and mix well. Put 1 spoon batter in each cavity after greasing it with oil. Cover the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Flip it and cook in the same way. Our appe are ready to serve. Serve it with red tomato chutney. Refer the link for chutney in the ingredient section.
