Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptoor dal
  2. 500 gmlauki, carrot, brinjal etc veggies
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. 2 tspred Chilli powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tspsambhar powder
  9. 1/2 cupimli water
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds
  11. 4 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash the veggies and soak the tur dal for 20 minutes. Boil tur dal with turmeric powder and salt. Grind the onion and tomatoes.

    Take Kadai, add oil, mustard seeds, Curry Patta, and chopped onion.

    Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato, and imli water.

    Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder Salt Let it boil.

    Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.

    Now it's ready to Serve. Serve with idli.
