  1. 1/2 kgbeef mince
  2. 2medium onion
  3. 2cinnamon sticks
  4. 2green cardamom
  5. 2dry red chili
  6. 1/2 cupoil
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsproasted crushed cumin seeds
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1 tspred chili powder
  14. 1/2 tspchili flakes
  15. 2tomatoes
  16. 3 tbspyogurt
  17. To taste salt
  18. 2potatoes
  19. 2 cupswater
  20. 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
  21. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  22. 2 tbspfresh coriander
  23. 3-4green chillies
  24. 2 tbspcream

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom and 2 dry red chili, saute 1 to 2 minutes.

    Add onion and cumin seeds fry till onion becomes golden brown in color. Add ginger garlic paste saute well.

    Now add mince and fry till excess water dries up.

    Add all spices in mince and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and yogurt, mix well and cook till oil separates. At this point add cream and cook.

    Now add water cover and cook on medium to low flame. After 7 to 8 minutes add potatoes and leave to cook till potatoes become soft, add 1 cup of water.

    When potatoes are done add fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander green chillies and garam masala powder give it a good mix.

    Cook more 3 to 4 minutes, garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or roti.
