  1. 200 gramsirloin meltique steak (fadagi)
  2. 1tablespoon of coarse salt
  3. 1tablespoon of canola oil
  4. 1cut of unsalted butter (elle)
  5. 2sprig of thyme
  6. 1clove of garlic

Cara Membuat

    Sprinkle salt around the edges of the meltique meat. then place it in an airtight plastic bag.

    Put the plastic bag in the freezer and store it for 24 hours.

    After 24 hours, take out the meat. Thaw the meat on the aluminium defroster tray and wait until the meat is no longer frozen.

    Grab tissue paper and dry every edges of the meat.

    Grab a pan and put it on an electric induction stove. Set the power to 7. Wait for 20 seconds to make the pan very hot.

    Pour in canola oil, and wait approximately 20 seconds until the oil is boiling.

    Use tongs to grab the meat. Place the side of the meat that has the most fat on the pan, and wait a second until the fat is melting.

    Place the meat on the pan. Wait for 3 minutes.

    Flip the meat and wait for another 3 minutes.

    Lower the power to 5. Put in the butter, thyme, and garlic on the corner edge of the pan. Wait until the butter is melted.

    Baste the oil into the steak. Flip the steak and baste again.

    Take the steak out of the pan. Place it on a plate. Rest it for 10 minutes.
