Ingredients

  1. For manchurian balls
  2. 2 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  3. 1chopped carrot, 1 capsicum chopped
  4. Halfcup chopped spring onion
  5. 2 tspred chili sauce
  6. 2 tsptomato sauce
  7. 1 tspsoya sauce
  8. as requiredChopped garlic & ginger
  9. 2 tspcorn flour
  10. Halfcup maida
  11. as requiredSalt to taste
  12. as requiredOil for frying
  13. For gravy -
  14. 2 tspcorn flour
  15. 1/4 cupwater for slurry
  16. someChopped garlic
  17. as requiredSpring onion julians
  18. as requiredCapsicum, carrot in long julians
  19. 2 tspSoya sauce, red chilli sace
  20. 1 tspvinegar
  21. as requiredSalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    For balls mix all choppped vegies cabbage, carrot, spring onion, capsicum

  2. 2

    Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour, salt & maida. Mix all well. Don't add water

  3. 3

    Mix properly & make small balls. Fry these balls in hot oil. Manchurian balls are ready

  4. 4

    For gravy..take oil add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum, carrot..saute vegies on high flame.

    Then add cornfour mixed with water i. e cornflour slurry. Stir it continuously till it becomes glossy then add fried ballsbin it, add all sauces, salt in it. Mix it properly.

    Cabbage manchurian is ready to serve
