Cooking Instructions

Cut paneer in small cubes. Take out peas. Peel wash and Chop onion, ginger and garlic. Wash tomatoes and make a puree by grating.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put bay leaves. Now add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chilli and saute till onion gets golden brown. Now add pureed tomato and saute till oil leaves the sides of cooker. Now add kasuri methi and all the dry masale ingredients except garam masala and mix well.

Add peas and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Now add water and mix. Place the lid and cook till 4-6 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.

Open the lid and mix garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice, paratha or puri.
