Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsBasmati rice
  2. 3/4 cupBeans and carrot sliced
  3. 65 gramsPaneer
  4. 5 tablespoonsOil
  5. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoonbutter
  7. 1 teaspoonghee
  8. 1 medium stickCinnamon
  9. 4 small stickMarathi moggu
  10. 3/4 cupmilk
  11. 3/4 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 1/4 tspchilli powder normal
  13. 1 tspChicken masala/ garam masala for flavour
  14. as neededSalt
  15. 2 glassesfull of water
  16. As RequiredColour powder a pinch mix with little water / milk
  17. 1 handfulCoriander leaves
  18. 1 handfulRaisins

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the above-mentioned veg including paneer thoroughly and keep it aside.
    Heat the stove, when hot, add above req oil, and butter.

    Add cinnamon stick, Marathi moggu, splitters it add veggies saute well, add masala mentioned above, sauted, then add above milk and water, make it to boil, in between clean the basmati, water begins to boil add rice and make it will not stick on the pot, make dum to add raisins, separately fried paneer, food color, leaves, ghee cook for 7 min on pre -heated tawa
