  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsphaldi powder

  9. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 2/3 tspkasuri methi
  11. as requiredOil for deep frying

    Take cauliflower and potato cut it

    Deep fry it

    Take tomato grind it, ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Take kadai add oil,jeera, tomato

  5. 5

    Add salt, red Chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi

  6. 6

    Add cauliflower and potato mix well

  7. 7

    Keep On low flame for 10/15 minutes

  8. 8

    Put coriander leaves and your Masala Aloo Gobhi is ready to serve
