Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupquinoa flour
  2. 1/2 cupats flour
  3. 1/4 cuprawa
  4. 1/4 cupbesan
  5. 1/4 cupgrated red carrot
  6. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green capsicum
  7. 1/4 cupfinely chopped spinach leaves
  8. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green corainder leaves
  9. 2 tbspgreen chilli ginger paste
  10. 1/4 tsptumeric powder
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 2 tbspcurd
  13. Salt to taste as required
  14. Oil for roasting
  15. Green corainder chutney as required to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Grind quinoa in mixer jar to make flour.

    Transfer quinoa flour in mixing bowl. Add oats flour, rawa, besan, grated carrot, chopped green capsicum, spinach and corainder leaves, green chillies ginger paste, tumeric powder, cumin seeds, salt and curd. Mix well.

    Add little little hot water and prepare lump free chilla batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Heat griddle, grease it with oil. Pour laddleful of barley and oats veggies chilla batter in center and spread it in circular motion toward griddle edge to prepare chilla. Drizzle with oil. Roast on both sides till crispy golden. Similarly prepare all chillas with remaining batter.

    Serve Relish Delicious Hot Nutritious Quinoa Oats Veggies Chilla with green corainder chutney in breakfast with hot tea or coffee.
