Sweet Potato Carrot Fritters
Cooking Instructions

Boiled, Peel and mash the potatoes.
Add all the spices, salt and rice flour. - 2
Divide into small portions and make round flat tikkis.

Place them on a grill or pan and roast them from both the sides until golden brown

In a food blender or processor, add boiled Rajma, spinach, salt, green chillies and Corriander.
Blend into a smooth paste.
Take out into a serving bowl.
Add some olive oil and oregano. drizzle some lemon juice. - 5
Serve with green Hummus.
