Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupwater
  2. 1/2 cupwater and
  3. 4 tbsp china grass
  4. 3 tbspmishri
  5. 1 tsplemon zest
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add half cup water and 4 tbsp china grass in it and keep it aside

    Take a pan add water and add mishri and let it bowl for 2-3 minutes until mishri dissolve in water

  3. 3

    After some time the mixture of water and china grass looks like this

    Add the mixture in pan and stir and cook for 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Turn off the gas

  6. 6

    Add lemon zest and lemon juice in it

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture in glass cups or molds and keep it aside after the jelly cool down keep the jelly in refrigerator and set for 30 minutes

  8. 8

    Jelly is ready to serve
