This time is season for red Delhi carrot which are very sweet and healthy . Regular carrot gives different taste , but these carrot halwa has different sweet taste with very less sugar . I tried making this by adding sweetened khoya .

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean, peel and grate carrots and keep it aside.
- 2
Heat saucepan add little ghee and add grated carrot. Fry for 2 min till the raw smell goes off.
- 3
Add milk and cook till it dry.
- 4
Add sugar and khoya and cook for 2 mins till it becomes dry and soft
- 5
Fry dry fruits in ghee and keep aside
