Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. For Stuffing :
  3. 250 gmsPotatoes
  4. onion 2 big
  5. green chillies2
  6. tbspginger s1
  7. 2 podsgarlic
  8. 1 tspjeera /cumin seeds
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tspred chilli pwder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric
  12. to tastesalt
  13. oil
  14. leavescoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add little salt and 2 tsp of oil and mix and then pour water and knead into soft dough and allow it to rest for 10 mins.

    Boil potatoes and peel them and keep it ready.

    Heat 2 tsp oil in kadai.Add jeera and splutter it then add chopped onion.Fry till it becomes transparent.Add ginger, garlic and chopped green chilli and mix well and fry.Then add red chilli powder, turmeric,garam masala and salt to taste.Add boiled smashed potatoes and and mix well.Now the stuffing is ready.

    Take a lemon size dough and roll it flat.Take spoon full potato mixture and keep it in the center.

    Cover this mixture on all side.

    Dust it with flour and roll it softly into small paratha. Do not make it thin.

    Heat tawa and place this paratha on it.Once it is cooked little on one side turn it and cook on other side.

    Apply oil on the sides and roast it nicely on slow flame.

    Once it is roasted on both sides remove and place it in basket.

    Serve hot with curd.
