  18. Salt as per taste
  19. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  20. 1 tspsambhar masala powder
  21. Water as per your requirement
  22. For Sambhar tadka ingredients
  23. 2 tspoil
  24. 2-3dry red chilly
  25. 1/2 tspsarson (mustard)
  26. pinchhing
  27. 1tomato puree
  28. 1 tspsambhar masala
  29. 1 tspred chilly powder
  30. 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  31. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  32. 1 tspamchur powder/1-2 lemon juice
  33. Salt as per taste
  34. For coconut chutney
  35. 4 tspfresh coconut/ dry powder
  36. 3green chilly
  37. 1 tsppeanuts
  38. 2 tspdaliya yellow
  39. Salt as per taste
  40. 2 tspcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Udad daal ko 5-6hr soak karke rakhe soak ke baad extra sara pani daal se nikal dijiye or mixi me ginger or green chilly add karke smooth paste banale jarurat ho to 2tsp tak ka pani hi add karein nahi to better patala ho jayega Ab ek bowl me nikalde smooth paste me black paper powder add karein or swad anusar salt Add karke achhe se mix karle vada better ko

    Better ready ho gaya he ab Aap chaho to baking pinch of baking soda add kar sakte he ab kadai garam karne rakhde vade utarne ke liye

    Ek cotton patale kapade ko paniwala kijiye uspe ek vada ka thoda better leke paniwale haath se set karein or middle me round banaye

    Kadai me oil garam ho gaya ho to pani wala haath karke vade ko kapade se alag karke garam oil me deep fry karein golden brown hone tak

    Aise ek ek karke sare vade deep fry karle

    Tuvar daal or veg ko wash karke 1-1/2 glass water add karke saath me sambhar masala powder turmeric powder or salt add karke boil karein boil karne ke baad hand blender se sari daal sabji blend karde

    Ek kadai me 2tsp.oil.add karein oil garam ho jaye to hing add karke lal sukhi mirch add karake saute or tomato puree add karein

    Tomato puree achhe se bhun jaye tab sambhar masala powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur powder add karke achhe se saute or boil veg daal add kake swad anusar salt add karein or 15min slow gas pe pakane de

    Coconut chutney ke liye sari chize mixi bowl me bharle Or blend karde

    Blend hone ke baad curd add karein or Lemon juice or salt bhi ab fir se mixi me blend karde chutney paste ko

    Aisa smooth paste karna he aapko jesi thickness chahiye wesi rakh sakte he

    Chutney pe 1/2tsp oil garam karke rai or curry patte ka chouk lagaye
