  2. 2 cupsWater -
  3. 3 tspsOil -
  4. 6Cloves -
  5. 1/2 inchCinnamon stick  -
  6. 2Bay leaf -
  7. 2Onion (medium) -
  8. 1Tomato (large) -
  9. 3 tspsGinger-garlic paste -
  10. 6Green chilli -
  11. 1 bunchmint leaves Fresh -
  12. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves Fresh -
  13. 3 tspsCurd -
  14. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  15. to tasteSalt -
  16. 10 fourMushroom (whole) - cut into pieces ..

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1:To grind all clove, cinnamon, Bayleaf, cardamom  becomes fine powder

  2. 2

    Step 2:Heat oil in pressure cooker add the fine powder, fry onions, green chillies, add ginger garlic paste..

    Step 3:Add mint and corriander leaves then add curd

  4. 4

    Step 4:Add tomatoes and mushrooms until raw smell goes...

  5. 5

    Step 5:Add Turmeric,salt and water

  6. 6

    Step 6:Boil the water then add rice

  7. 7

    Step 7:Turn off  stove after 4 whistles...
