  3. Stuffing
  4. 1 oz96/4 Ground Beef
  5. 1Lt Laughing Cow Chipotle Cheese Wedge
  6. 1/4 cupTomato
  7. 1/4 cupOnion
  8. 1Jalepeno

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Set oven to broil

  2. 2

    Char skin of pepper, allow. to cool then peel

  3. 3

    Carefully slit pepper and remove as many seeds as possible

  4. 4

    brown hamburger add onion, jalapeno and tomato
