Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 bunchcollard greens
  2. 1 3/4 eachonion
  3. 3 tbspvinger
  4. 1 1/2 tspsuger
  5. 2 canchicken broth
  6. 1 dashpepper flakes
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 1 tbspsalt to taste the smoked meat will release some salt so jus taste first
  9. 2 eachsmoke meat like smoke turkey wings or ham hock

    wash greens very well or buy them pre washed in bag

  2. 2

    chop to into 2 of 3 inchs

    boil smoked meat untill it starts to fall off the bone it may take 30 45 min

  4. 4

    dice onion and add

  5. 5

    add greens and all ingredients to large pot and let cook down stuff greens in pot it will reduce

  6. 6

    cook until greens turn dark green and very tender

  7. 7

    after cooking on high for about 45 min turn to low and let simmer for 20

  8. 8

    Enjoy these greens so good make u wanna kick ya mama in the face

Hi, I have some leftover Country Ham from Thanksgiving can I use that? Thanks for any help you can give me. P.S. I have Never made Collard Greens before, LOL. Have a wonderful and blessed day.
