Cooking Instructions
- 1
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and mix til Smooth.
- 2
Stir in flour until combined and blended.
- 3
Chill dough for at least 8 hrs or over night. In the picture below is what it looks like the next day.
- 4
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 5
On a lightly floured surface (i use confectioner sugar instead of flour) roll out dough 1\3rd piece at a time cut into to 1/8th thickness and cut into desired shapes. Refrigerate the remaining pieces til your ready for each piece. Place one inch apart on a cookie sheet covered in parchment. I then use a pastry brush to brush off excess powder sugar so it looks more clean.
- 6
Leave cookies plain to ice later or brush with egg whites colored in separate bowls to decorate by painting a design on cookie. Also u can brush egg whites on the cookie and sprinkle sprinkles on cookie.
- 7
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or longer to your desired doneness in the preheated oven or until lightly golden brown. How long you bake your cookies depend on the thickness of the cookie. If it is really thick like the thickness of a big cookie cutter then you will need to go longer than 10 minutes. I like a crispy edge moist center so i went longer than 10 minutes. I baked 13 minutes. After your cookie is done Cool cookies completely before frosting cookies.

Take a picture and enjoy.

I often have leftover cream cheese, so I came up with an easy cookie recipe. The dough is easier to cut if it has been in the freezer. It should be a little on the hard side. The baking time will depend on your oven, so you should adjust it while watching over your cookies.Use as much cream cheese as you like. For 35 cookies, each 2 cm [0.8 in] in size. Recipe by jh2trz cookpad.japan -

Cream Cheese and Grated Cheese Cookies Cream Cheese and Grated Cheese Cookies
These cookies, made with cream cheese and grated cheese, are wonderfully aromatic and crispy. They make a delightful gift. The origin of this recipe: Using only cream cheese lacks aroma, and using only grated cheese makes it overwhelmingly cheesy. By combining them and adding Grand Marnier, I achieved a subtle citrusy sweet aroma.omix

Caramel Cream Cheese Cookies Caramel Cream Cheese Cookies
I made these because I love caramel! In Step 5, make sure you mix in the caramel quickly or it will harden! When the cookies are baking, the caramel will melt out, so try to avoid having too much caramel on the sides. A little on the top is fine. For 35 cookies, each about 2 cm [0.8 in] in size. Recipe by jh2trz cookpad.japan -

So ive been making these since I was 11. To decorate them or give them an apperance I would either dust with power sugar as they are still warm or place a monacino cherry in the middle then bake. But they are simply soft and amazing just as is. I didnt do anything to thoa batch. Now my 11 year old daughter makes these all on her own. Nessa -
