Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchopped bhindi
  2. 1/2 cupcorn (boiled)
  3. 1/2 tspchopped ginger-garlic
  4. 1finely chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1medium siz chopped tomato
  7. 1/2turmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspsamber masala
  10. 1 tspdry mango powder
  11. 1 tspsalt to taste
  12. 4 tspcooling oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai add chopped bhindi and saute for 2 minutes on a medium flames. remove bhindi from the kadhai add keep aside.

    Now add 2 tsp oil in the kadhai, add cumin seeds, when it crackle then add chopped green chilli and stir.

    Add chopped tomato and salt then cover and cook.when tomato become soft.

    Add boiled corn and all the spices. stir for a 5 minutes then add bhindi and mix very well. cover with a lid and cook on slow heat.it done serve hot.
