Intense flavor - no dislikes. Any meat will work...the cheaper the better
Cooking Instructions

Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.

Combine ingredients to make marinade. Marinade for several hours.
- 3
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- 4
Prepare Vegetables.. Dip vegetables in marinade before skewering.
- 5
Cook .. use leftover marinade as wash during the cooking process.
