Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefull cream milk
  2. 25 gmDalia(cracked wheat)
  3. 2-3 tbspcocoa powder
  4. 1/2 bowlsugar
  5. 3-4 tbspalmonds chopped
  6. 3-4 tbspghee
  7. 1 bowlmilk powder
  8. 1/2 bowlglucose balls for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In a wok roast the dalia in two tbsp ghee over low heat,till it turns brown,set aside.

    In a heavy bottom wok,over medium heat the milk.

  3. 3

    Boil till thickness.add roasted Dalia and sugar mix well.

  4. 4

    Add milk powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Keep cooking for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally, scraping the sides.

    Add cocoa powder and mix well.

  7. 7

    Now add ghee,chopped almonds.

  8. 8

    Stir continuously till mixture has become like soft dough and start leaving the sides of the wok.

    Transfer mixture on a greased plate/trey.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle glucose balls on the mixture and lightly press them in.

  11. 11

    While mixture is still warm,cut them in your choice shape.
