Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupbutter (softened)
  2. 2 cuplight brown sugar (packed)
  3. 1 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 5 largeeggs
  5. 3 cupall-purpose flour
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 cupwhole milk
  9. 8 oztoffee chips
  10. 1 cuppecans (chopped)

    Preheat oven to 325°f

    Spray bundt pan with cooking spray, dust with flour

  3. 3

    Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Mix in eggs, one at a time.

    In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt

  5. 5

    Add dry ingredients into batter alternately with the milk. Beat until just combined

  6. 6

    Stir in toffee bits and pecans

  7. 7

    Pour batter into pan and bake for 85 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. To prevent excess browning, cover cake with foil while baking

    Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely on a wire rack
