Red velvet white chocolate chip cookie

Ingredients

40 servings
  1. cookies
  2. 1 boxred velvet cake mix
  3. 8 ozcool whip, thawed
  4. 1 packageswhite chocolate chips
  5. 1egg, beaten
  6. 1powdered sugar. enough to coat cookies
  7. 1parchment paper lined cookie sheets

Cooking Instructions

    Set oven to 350.

    In a large bowl mix the dry cake mix, egg, and cool whip together.

    Mix in white chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Scoop dough into 1 or 2 teaspoon balls.

  5. 5

    Roll balls in powdered sugar.

  6. 6

    Place cookie dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.

    Bake in oven for 14 minutes.

    Once done, let cool on wire racks. Makes about 40 cookies.
