Ingredients

  1. 4 largethick pork chops
  2. 1 cancream of celery soup
  3. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 canwater (soup can)
  5. 2 cupminute rice, uncooked
  6. 1 packagesdried onion soup mix
  7. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350° F

    Combine cream soups, water, and rice in large mixing bowl. Stir to combine

  3. 3

    Place rice mixture in a 9x13 BUTTERED pan.

  4. 4

    Place pork chops on top of mixture. Sprinkle the dried onion soup mix over pork chops.

  5. 5

    Cover with tin foil and cook until done, about 60-90 minutes.

  6. 6

    You can cook this low and slow at 250/275°F for about 3 hrs if you wish.

Can I use regular white rice instead of minute rice?
