Ise tave pe thoda ghee dalkar 1-1karke achhe se slow flame pe karara karara sek lenge.

Ab 1 plate me 2 tikki ke peace rakhkar uske uper sabse pahle phiti dahi dalenge phir green chatani dalenge aur thodi imali ki chutney dalenge.

Thoda chopped coriander, rad chilli powder, jeera powder se ise garnish kar sarv karein.
