Ingredients

  1. 2 packetmaggi
  2. 1carrot chopped
  3. 1capsicum chopped
  4. 2 packetmaggi taste maker
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 teaspoonblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the maggi and keep aside.

    Take a pan put oil (i use desi ghee)fry all the veggies.

  3. 3

    Add maggi taste maker,salt, pepper and last add boil maggi.add little water for gravy as need. Mix it well.Cook for 3_4minutes.switch off the flame.

    Take a serving bowl pour the maggi.

  5. 5

    Ready tasty vegetable maggi.serve hot
