Cooking Instructions

1) beat eggs with vanilla, lemon zest and pinch of salt

2) add sugar and beat well until thick

3) add oil and yogurt and beat together with egg and sugar mixture
- 4
4) in a separate bowl, add raisins and walnuts and mix with 1 teaspoon of flour then add it to the mixture

5) add flour and baking powder then mix
- 6
6) pour into a circular pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes in a 200 - 220º preheated oven
