  1. 1 cupGobind bhog rice -
  2. 1 cup(beans,carrot,capsicum,peas) -
  3. 1Chopped onion - medium
  4. 2Green cardamom -
  5. 1Black cardamom -
  6. 2 Cloves
  7. 2 tbspClarified butter / ghee -
  8. to tasteSalt -

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add cardamom and cloves to crackle.

  3. 3

    Add onion and saute for one mins.

  4. 4

    Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add rice and salt and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add 2 cup of water

  7. 7

    Once boiled,simmer the gas and cover it.

  8. 8

    Serve hot
