Ingredients

  1. 2big Raw Mango
  2. 2 tspRoasted cumin seeds
  3. 1 tbspblack salt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 6 tbspsugar or jaggery
  6. 4 cupwater
  7. Raw mango for garnish

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes

    Wash the mango, boil water in a pan add mango boil them. (Or u can pressure cook)

    Cut off the mangoes, using a spoon scoop out the pulp from boiled mangoes.

    Discard the skin.

  4. 4

    Cool down the pulp completely.

  5. 5

    Add all spices.

  6. 6

    Add this to a blender until smooth add water add ice cubes.

  7. 7

    Serve chilled.
