During the winter, I froze some boiled broccoli rabe to enjoy now. Yesterday, I made the classic pasta with broccoli rabe, but since I had too much, I used it in a focaccia dough... fantastic idea!

I love slightly caramelized, crunchy, chunky, soft at bite streusel bits on top of an apple cake with just enough but not too much cinnamon. (It's not Christmas...!) So, pleased to present you my cake. Enjoy!
