Ingredients

  2. 1 CupSugar
  3. 1. Cup Flour
  4. 1 tspBaking Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Scale all the ingredients carefully

    Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites

  3. 3

    Whisk the egg whites until they form a white mixture

  4. 4

    The mixture should be foamy

  5. 5

    To the whisked egg white and the egg yolks and whisk again

  6. 6

    Add in the sugar to the mixture and whisk again

  7. 7

    The mixture should form bubbles on the top surface

  8. 8

    Add in the sieved flour and baking powder to the egg-mixture

  9. 9

    Fold in carefully, maintaining the direction of folding

  10. 10

    Fold in until it forms a soft batter of an appropriate consistence

  11. 11

    Pour the batter into the well greased baking tin

  12. 12

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for 40minutes

  13. 13

    Garnish with grated white chocolate and serve
