Tokyo Pancakes Tokyo Pancakes
I usually don't make desserts because I don't like sweets, but I wanted to try making some for my child to taste. They loved it, and as I kept making them, I adapted the recipe into Tokyo-style pancakes. คุณครู มีเกียรติ เวสารัช (ครูต้นดนตรี)Translated from Cookpad Thailand -
Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker
I was looking for cake recipes to make every week since I like to bake something on Sundays. I couldn't decide, so I went with the classic yogurt-measured cake but made some changes in the quantities and added apples. It turned out amazing, the best I've ever made. Very fluffy and moist, it didn't last long even though I'm the only one with a sweet tooth and I'm maintaining my diet, so I only had a small piece. I made it in a bread maker, but it can also be done by hand and then baked in the oven. I always sift the flour, but this time I didn't, and it turned out better than ever. Classic Pork Cutlet Bowl (Katsudon) Classic Pork Cutlet Bowl (Katsudon)
This is our family's usual katsudon. Even thin meat becomes hearty when made into katsudon, giving it a nice touch. The origin of this recipe: I guess it's from imitation. The taste of the katsudon I ate at a soba shop near my office during my OL days became the model. 海 砂Translated from Cookpad Japan
