Ingredients

  1. 1shimla mirch chopped
  2. 1carrot chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 2green chilies
  5. 1/2 bowlmutter
  6. 1/2 bowlfrench beans chopped
  7. 1/2 bowlCabbage chopped
  8. 1/2 bowlCauliflower chopped
  9. 2red peprika chopped
  10. 4 cupswater
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tsp haldi powder
  13. 2 tbsp desi ghee
  14. 2 tsp jeera
  15. Cheese to garnish
  16. 1 packet aata noodles

Cooking Instructions

    In a thali chop all veggies and be ready....vth noodles pckt.

    Inn a kadai put ghee and once hot add jeera to it.

  3. 3

    Once jeera splutters add all the veggies. Add salt and haldi powder and cook for 8/10 minutes gradually stirring it.

    Once veggies are almost half cooked add noodles and it's masala pckt. Mix well and let it cook for 2/3 minutes.

    Now add water and cook for 3/4 minutes till water evaporates and all veggies and noodles are nicely cooked.

    While serving grate cheese as per everyone s choice and serve hot.
