  2. 4 cups Sour buttermilk
  3. 1/4 spoonTurmeric

    Take chana flour add buttermilk mix properly there should be no lumps then add turmeric hing and salt as your taste mix properly I have made it in a cooker which is easy and time consuming so take cooker add water as we do then a a container in which we will put the Khandvi better and put in cooker and close it keep it till 5 whistle Off the gas
