  3. 400 gmsugar
  4. 1 pinchyellow colour
  5. As neededoil for frying
  6. 2cardamom
  7. As neededsugar syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Make batter with besan, suji and little water.

    Heat oil in a pan, make boondi with perforated spoon.

  3. 3

    Now dip in sugar syrup.

  4. 4

    Boondi is ready.
