Ingredients

3 serves
  1. 400 gflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupblueband
  4. ³ eggs
  5. Oil for frying
  6. 1 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Add in blueband and mix well until fully blended in.

    Add in eggs

  4. 4

    Add warm water and start to kneed until fully the dough is well kneaded and it doesn't stick on your hands.

  5. 5

    Allow to rest for 20 minutes.

    Roll into a flat surface and cut the dough into small equal parts.

  7. 7

    Heat oil for frying until hot. Fry the mandazi untill golden brown then serve.
