Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram powder
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  5. 1Chopped green chilli
  6. 2Chopped onion
  7. 1Chopped tomatoes
  8. leavesChopped coriander
  9. 1/2 cupCarrot, Coconut
  10. to tasteBlack pepper,salt
  11. 1/2 tspBlack salt
  12. as needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    For batter - Take a bowl add gram flour,curd, salt,redchilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder an mix well then take rest 1hour....an the batter is ready....

    Then take a fry pan an put it 1tsp oil then put the batter an add chopped tomato,onion,Green chilli,carrot,bittot,Coriander leaves,Coconut an add pinch of black pepper, black salt.... then cook for low flame....

    So besan uttapam is ready....serve it shezwan chutney...
