Cooking Instructions
- 1
For the crust, mix the Oreo crumbs and butter in a bowl. Then pour the mixture into a loose bottom tray and press it to everyone cover the tray. Put the tray in the freezer to chill while you make the filling.
- 2
Roughly chop the milk and dark chocolate and transfer them into a bowl. Keep it aside.
- 3
Heat the cream in a pan, on a medium heat. Just before it hits the boiling point, take it off the heat.
- 4
Slowly pour the cream over the chopped chocolate and leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then mix it thoroughly with a whisk.
- 5
Once it's combined well, pour it over the Oreo crust and ensure to spread it evenly. Place the strawberries over the chocolate and sprinkle the nuts.
- 6
Put the tray in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours. I always let it set overnight.
- 7
Serve it with fresh whipped cream.

I just turned 50 and I wanted something special to celebrate this special birthday.I made this chocolate and strawberry cheesecake that was delicious, decadent but also light and airy at the same time.It was the perfect combination!I am lactose intolerant so I used lactose-free ingredients where I could (like lactose free Philadelphia and yoghurt, soya single cream...). It worked really well. You can substitute with what you are comfortable eating of course.#2flavours #birthday Stella T -
No-Bake Chocolate Caramel Slice No-Bake Chocolate Caramel Slice
A few days ago, I wanted to make Chocolate Caramel Slice. To make Chocolate Caramel Slice, you need to bake the base pastry, then pour the Caramel Filling over the base, and bake it again. It’s summer now and I didn’t want to use oven when it is hot. So, I decided to use biscuit base that we often use for Cheesecake, and I cooked Caramel filling in a saucepan pan. This ‘No-Bake Chocolate Caramel Slice’ is not bad at all. Hiroko Liston -

When I uploaded a baked chocolate tart with egg, I received feedback that a user made a no-bake version, so I tried it out.Use 47% fat heavy cream. If you use heavy cream with low fat or vegetable based whipped cream, it might not harden. When using chocolate bar, you don't even have to chop it up. You can just break the chocolate bar into 1 to 2cm blocks, then it will melt. You can use a milk carton as a mold if you don't have a cake pan. Recipe by Hamumaki cookpad.japan -

No-Bake Kabocha Tart No-Bake Kabocha Tart
Kabocha tarts are usually baked, but not this one!I worked on a way to make a no-bake dessert that would taste just like a regular kabocha tart. After you remove the skin and pulp from the kabocha, you should have about 300 g.Boiling, steaming, or any way of heating the kabocha is okay. You can use your favorite kind of biscuit such as Digestive Biscuits, Choice, Marie, etc.You can also put the biscuits in a sturdy vinyl bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. For 18 cm [7.1 in] round or square pan. Recipe by Stylish Mama cookpad.japan -
Strawberry Tart Strawberry Tart
I wanted to make a strawberry tart with almond cream so I fiddled around with different methods and tried them out until I finally found the perfect recipe for me.What's great about this tart is that you can use strawberries that are too sour to eat raw or ones that are overripeIf you oil the tart pan before use, it'll make it easier to remove the tart after baking.
