Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspinach(chopped)
  2. 1large tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onions and tomatoes separately.

  2. 2

    Fry onion with enough cooking oil till brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and fry them till cooked. Add enough salt and mix.

  4. 4

    Add spinach, mix well and let them cook for a while. Dont let them to overcook.

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali, chapati, mukimo etc, and enjoy.
