Cooking Instructions

In a big bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the warmed milk, melted butter and vanilla. Stir until combined.

Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients. Beat until blended.

Heat the waffle iron. Put around 2tbsp of batter per waffle. Cook for about 7 minutes - until golden and crispy. Serve directly!

Waffles Waffles
This is an adaptation of my pancake recipe (which I'd worked on for about 10 years) which I'd made after I got a waffle iron. I might like these even better, so definitely give it a try! Makes a great breakfast when you want something nice but don't want to spend too much time either. lulublululu
