Ingredients

  1. 1boiled and mashed potato
  2. 1 cupchopped onion
  3. 3 tspbesan
  4. 1 tspfennel seeds
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1/2-1 tspsalt or to taste
  7. 1/2 tspDry coriander
  8. 1/2 tspWhole coriander
  9. 1/2red chilli powder
  10. 3 tspoil for kneading
  11. 1 cupmaida
  12. 1 tspajjwain
  13. 1 tspMustard seeds
  14. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  15. 1 1/2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Knead maida with salt,oil ajjwain and water.cover it and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan.add rai and saabut dhaniya.

    Thn add mashed potato.bhuno for 3-4mins.

  4. 4

    Add besan.again bhuno till besan turns to nice golden colour.

    Add onions and crushed garlic.again bhuno till rawness goes away.

    Now add all the spices including lemon juice and sugar for that sweet and sour taste.switch off the flame and let it cool.add lil water for binding.

    Now make equal small loyis of pyaz mixture.

    Make small loyis of maida too.

    Flatten the maida loyi and put pyaz ball in it

    Seal the edges.flatten them with your hand. Repeat with all the loyis.

    On high flame,deep fry balls.quickly take them out wen small balls appear on maida skin.

    Now Again fry them on medium heat till it turns to nice golden colour.

    Enjoy it with chutneys of your choice!
