Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprajma soaked overnight
  2. 1medium sized chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli finely chopped
  9. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 2 tspEverest chole masala
  11. 1 tbspcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Boil rajma with salt till soft.

  2. 2

    Take 1tsp oil. Add 1tsp cumin seeds. Let them splutter. Add onion to it. Cook them till golden brown.

    Add tomato puree and cook well. Add all the masalas to curd. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Put this curd mixture in onion tomato mixture and cook until oil seperates.

  5. 5

    Add 1cup water and give it a nice boil. Add cooked rajma. Boil till you get the appropriate consistency.

    Serve hot with rice and phulkas.
