Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBoiled Corn
  2. 1Boiled Potato
  3. 1/2 CupGrated Cheese
  4. 1/2 CupChopped Capsicum
  5. 3/4 tspChilli Flakes
  6. 1 tspOregano
  7. Pinch Black Pepper
  8. 1 TspGarlic Paste
  9. 2 TbspCornflour
  10. 2 tbspMaida + Water
  11. 2 SlicesBread Crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    To make Corn & Cheese Mixture:

    In a bowl, add boiled & mashed potatoes, grated cheese, boiled corn, green Capsicum, chilli flakes, oregano, little Pepper, garlic paste, coriander leaves, Cornflour and salt to taste.
    Mix it well.

    Mean while make the flour batter.
    In other bowl, add all purpose flour and water and mix them till you get pouring consistency batter.

    Apply little oil on your palms and start making little 1/2 inch balls from the mixture.

    To make the fried balls :
    On your work surface, put some plain flour & bread crumbs.
    Roll the cheese balls in the plain flour, dip them in the plain flour batter and then roll them in the bread crumbs.
    Deep fry the well coated cheese balls just before you serve them.
