  1. 2 cupsHung yoghurt
  2. 1/4 cupNolen Gur or date palm jaggery
  3. Pinchcardamom
  4. 8-10Pistachios silvered

Cooking Instructions

    At first whisk yoghurt with a hand whisk. Now add the jaggery and keep whisking till it is incorporated with the curd.After that add cardamom powder and mix.Now pour this mixture into earthen or ceramic pots.

    Sprinkle silvered pistachios on top. Cover with aluminium foil.

    Refrigerate for 1hour.

    Serve chilled.
