Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsurad dal
  2. 2 cupscurd
  3. 4 tspred chutney
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tsproasted jeera
  6. as neededOil
  7. 1boiled potato

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal overnight in morning wash it and grind it.

    Now add salt mix,baking soda mix it well.

    Heat oil in a deep pan pour the paste of dal in a deep and fried it tii them brown.

    Now dip the bhalle in water for some time.

  5. 5

    Before serving squeeze out the water from bhalle with soft hands.

    Now take a serving bowl add bhalle and all ingredients.

  7. 7

    Garnish with jeera and red chutney.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve.
