Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlGreen Choliya
  2. 2-3Aloo
  3. 1Onion
  4. 2Tomato
  5. 1/2 tspGinger paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 2 tbspOil
  11. as needed Water

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly Peel aloo, wash into clean water and cut into cubes.Then wash green Choliya.

    Onion,tomatoes and green chilli chopped and make a fine paste.

    Take a pressure cooker and heat the oil add ginger paste and cook for 1/2 mint.Add onion, tomatoes paste and cook for 2 mint.Add all dry spices and again cook.

    Add green Choliya and aloo and cook for 1 mint. Add water and covered cooker with lid.

  5. 5

    After 2 whistles off the flame. Serve with roti or Parantha.
