Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 grice
  2. 1chicken (kienyeji
  3. 3Onions
  4. Garlic ginger paste
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Tomato paste
  7. 2 tbsPilau masala
  8. 1 tbsMixed spice
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Mala
  11. Food color (yellow

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put your chicken in a pan add the mala,ginger garlic,salt,pilau masala,mixed spice. Let it set for 30 mins then put it on fire and let it cook

    Boil your rice with water salt to taste

  3. 3

    In a pan deep fry your onion until golden brown

  4. 4

    Simmer your chicken for another 10mins. Add your cooked onions to the chicken,stir and let it simmer.

    When the rice is well cooked dilute a tsp on food color in a 1tbs of water then put in drops let it seat before you mix them up.

  6. 6

    Serve your chicken in a bed of rice.

    Garnish and enjoy
