Cooking Instructions

Assemble all your ingredients n weigh all the ingredients...photos loading...

Grease n dust your tins...used 2 for 1 kgs..This helps in rising well of the cake...Try it out...

In a bowl, sieve flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder n baking soda n set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add margarine n sugar. Whisk till white n pale.

Add eggs one by one as u mix. Add vanilla essence as u mix. Add mint pepper n mix.

Add some little milk.

Gently fold in your flour alternating with milk if needed.

Finally add hot coffee n fold in.

Pre heat your oven at 170 degrees.

Pour your batter to your tins. Bang your tins abit to remove excess air.

Bake for at 170 degrees for 45 mins or until well baked.

Cool it in the tin for 15 mins then later transfer it to a cooling rack.

Serve when ready. Frost / ice it if need be. Enjoy.
